Your default Mail Server is set on Google Mail Server in order to provide additional Mail Space.
Therefore email function in cPanel will not work.
Please follow below instruction:
1. To create new email account:
https://www.google.com/a/cpanel/yourdomain.com/CreateUser (replace yourdomain.com with your domain registered with us)
Username: admin
Password: (Please check your email for the password in mail with subject: Domain Account information for...)
Type:
a. First Name
b. Last Name
c. Username.
d. Click on set password and type your password.
e. Click to Create New Password.
2. Read Email
http://mail.yourdomain.com/ (replace yourdomain.com with your domain registered with us)
3. To Change the default password of admin user.
a. Login to: http://mail.yourdomain.com/ using username: admin (replace yourdomain.com with your domain registered with us)
b. Click on Setting > Account > Change Password.
Using the admin email account you will be able to manager your entire email users at: https://www.google.com/a/cpanel/yourdomain.com (replace yourdomain.com with your domain registered with us)
4. To configure email on Outlook/Outlook Express
a. Click on this Link: http://mail.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?hl=en&ctx=mail&answer=12103
b. Choose your mail client from the List
c. Under Getting Started.
1. Enable POP in Gmail (This is already done)
2. Click on Configure your....
d. Once you are in configure page, follow the instruction there.
