Not receiving form input data to my email account

This solutions is for people:

If you have set up a web form on your website and not receiving form input data email to your Google domain application email.

When you change MX entry on cPanel and point to Google, please inform us about the same so that we can remove the local mail server from our end. Only if we remove the local mail server from end, your email hosted on google will function properly.

Even if you change the MX entries and CNAME record pointing to Google mail sever, still the local mail server will exist. That's main reason why you get a bounce mail telling user doesn't exist or your web form mail will NOT reach inbox.

To ressolve this issue, please send us your

1. Domain (for which the local mail server has to be removed)

2. cPanel Username

3. cPanel Password

As soon as we receive these informaiton from you, we willl remove the local mail server and it your google email service will work properly.

Please remember, that in future if you add any sub domain, which will create some additional DNS record will also refresh the DNS settings for that domain. So whenever you create a sub domain, please inform us to remove the local email server for your main domain.
